About Amelia Dias Da Silva




Amelia Dias Da Silva is an experienced Records and Information Management (RIM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional. She was the Records Manager of the City and County of Denver from 2011 to 2013. While working as the Records Manager of the City, Amelia proposed a $1 million ECM and RM system replacement, and in 2013 she secured City approval for the funding for the new system. She then joined the Technology Department to help implement the system.

 In 2014, Amelia joined Whiting Oil and Gas Corporation as ECM Analyst and successfully implemented an ECM system across multiple regions. Amelia attained her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and The Open Group Architecture Framework 9.1 (TOGAF 9.1) Certification in 2016. Her specialties include Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Improvement, Records Management and Document Management.
